Crossroads Care South East London have opened a new Memory Lane Cafe in the Progress Hall, Admiral Seymour Road on Wednesday's between 10am- 2.30pm
The cafe is a friendly and informal meeting place and offers support to people with dementia and their carers to come together and share their experiences, exchange information and to socialise.
Come along for lunch or a drink and engage in a range of activities.
The experienced, trained staff and volunteers are always on hand to provide a listening ear.
